The short version: Robii has no accounts, sets no cookies, and collects no personal information â so there is nothing to sell, share, or lose. We count visits with cookieless, aggregate analytics. Your settings live in your browser, not on our servers.
This policy describes how Robii (the "Site"), available at robii.app and operated by Robii LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, handles information.
The Site has no registration, no login, and no user accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, precise location, or any other personal information. The Site sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising networks, and does no cross-site tracking. We do not sell or share personal information â we don't have any.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. It is a privacy-first tool: no cookies, no persistent identifiers, no fingerprinting. What we see are aggregate counts â page views, referrer sites, country, and browser/device type â never individual visitors.
The Site remembers a few preferences using your browser's local storage â for example, your selected sportsbook, board display settings, and your one-time 21+ confirmation. These values stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
The Site is delivered by third-party infrastructure providers (hosting and content delivery). Like virtually all web infrastructure, these providers process IP addresses and request metadata transiently in standard server logs to deliver pages, maintain security, and prevent abuse, under their own privacy policies. Robii does not use these logs to identify visitors.
The only external links on the Site point to responsible-gaming helpline resources (for example, the National Problem Gambling Helpline). Once you follow one, that site's own privacy policy governs. Robii does not link to sportsbooks and uses no affiliate links â and either way, we have no personal information to pass along.
The Site is intended for adults 21 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone â of any age.
Privacy laws in some states (such as California) give residents rights to access or delete personal information a business holds about them. Robii collects and holds none, so in the ordinary course there is nothing to access or delete. If you have any privacy question or request, contact us and we will respond honestly and promptly.
If our practices ever change â for example, if a future feature collects something new â this policy will be updated first, and the "Effective" date above will reflect the revision.
